Engineering Project Manager

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, innovative individual for an Engineering Project Manager position that can demonstrate the successful delivery of detailed mechanical / electrical design packages on medium to large scale capital projects. In addition to the basic qualifications listed, the successful candidate shall possess the skills required to successfully develop and execute project tasks and deliverables, be a collaborative team player, handle multiple complex tasks, establish and manage priorities, and have a strong drive to deliver a quality project for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 15 years of experience required, much of this preferably in a design firm setting
  • PE registration required
  • Commissioning and verification experience a plus
  • LEED Accredited Professional preferred
  • Understanding of or experience using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Leadership qualities are a must
  • Traveling as required to client sites

 

Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the planning and coordination of multi-discipline project teams.  Candidate must be a quality oriented individual to perform mechanical engineering investigations/assessments of facilities, design building mechanical systems, specification preparation, project and construction cost estimates, project scheduling for engineering projects.  Candidates must be able to maintain client relationships both in the Public and Private sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor (BS) or Master (MS) in Engineering
  • P.E. license with 10 years experience in mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of all applicable Codes
  • Building Information Modeling using REVIT is a plus
  • Developing overall Conceptual and Basis of Design level design approaches and documentation
  • Designing central utility plant systems and overall equipment layouts.
  • Developing Mechanical / Utility equipment and construction specifications
  • Performing temperature / humidity control / utility load calculations
  • Developing airflow and piping diagrams
  • Developing ductwork plans
  • Developing hydronic and steam piping plans
  • Developing building management system (BMS) control philosophy and Sequence of Operations
  • Performing construction assistance in the form of submittal reviews, RFI responses, and field visits to verify construction of mechanical scope is executed per the intent of the design and assisting in start-up of systems when required
  • LEED Certification or Certified Energy Auditor/Manager a plus
  • Leadership qualities are a must
  • Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than 1 week)

 

Senior Electrical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a talented engineer with the ability to develop mechanical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate must have design knowledge of engineering and construction of HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, BIM, renewable energy and energy conservation. Must have previous experience with engineering investigations/assessments of facilities, designing of building mechanical systems, economic analysis of alternate HVAC systems, specifications, codes, project and construction cost estimates, scheduling, manpower requirements, and budget controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering
    •  PE License with a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience
    •  Experience with HVAC systems, plumbing and fire protection
    •  Required knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably REVIT software
    •  LEED Certification or Certified Energy Auditor/Manager a plus
    •  Commissioning and verification experience a plus
    •  Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than one week)

 

Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a talented engineer with the ability to develop electrical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will work with a team of designers and engineers to develop electrical design concepts; review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards and ensure the highest level of quality to assure documents reflect design intent of project scope.  Must have experience with solar energy, power distribution systems, electrical schematics and controls, lighting, grounding, communication, fire and security systems, NEC and building codes, cost estimating and construction administration tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering
  • PE license with a minimum of 5 years experience
  • Facilities power system design experience
  • Required knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably REVIT software
  • LEED Certification or Certified Energy Auditor/Manager a plus
  • Commissioning and verification experience a plus
  • Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than one week)

 

 

Senior Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior Mechanical - HVAC Designer in the production of mechanical drawings and specifications. Candidates must have knowledge of engineering, construction and coordination of HVAC systems and distribution, hydronic systems and distribution including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and plumbing, fire protection and BIM.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in HVAC design
    •  Required knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT software
    •  Knowledge of HVAC load software (TRACE, CHVAC, etc ) preferred
    •  Ability to multi-task on multiple active projects
    •  Must be conscientious, a quality oriented person with a strong work ethic

 

Accountant

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial Statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Accounts Receivable, accurately process invoices
  • Journal Entries and reconciliations
  • Account reconciliation - track payments and expenditures
  • Payroll
  • Quarterly payroll taxes
  • Year-end taxes
  • Take calls from vendors concerning issues with invoices
  • Contract management
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • 5+ years Accounting experience, Strong skills in Word and Excel a must, Knowledge with Deltek or InFocus software a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
