Miller-Remick Team Completes 10-Year Master Plan for the Lebanon Veteran Affairs Medical Center

This strategic planning effort is based on health service delivery projections for 2029. Lebanon VAMC leadership prioritized key issues and necessary facility improvements to guide future development on the campus. The Miller-Remick Team, consisting of Miller-Remick, Guidon Design and Innova, analyzed all key issues and developed a 10-year strategic action plan in order to efficiently support future operational needs. This includes several infrastructure, new construction, renovation, and demolition projects according to VA NRM and Minor project funding limits.

“The developed master plan will be a key component to our facility’s success with our capital planning. Miller Remick’s team worked closely with the VA to develop a workable, data driven capital plan that encompasses the goals of our facility that will allow the VA Lebanon to build to the future needs of our Veterans.”

Thaddeus S. Kocuba, Facility Manager, Lebanon VA Medical Center
