Renovate Community Living Center 2 and 3

M-R is providing professional design and construction administration services for the Community Living Center (CLC) 2 and 3 renovation at the VAMC Bath, NY. The project consists of design services for construction bid documents and related construction period services CLC renovation currently located on the second and third floors of Building 78. Services include Architecture and Interior Design, Structural, Plumbing and Fire Protection, Electrical, HVAC, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Cost Estimating, and Construction Phase Support.
