We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, innovative individual for an Engineering Project Manager position that can demonstrate the successful delivery of detailed mechanical / electrical design packages on medium to large scale capital projects. In addition to the basic qualifications listed, the successful candidate shall possess the skills required to successfully develop and execute project tasks and deliverables, be a collaborative team player, handle multiple complex tasks, establish and manage priorities, and have a strong drive to deliver a quality project for customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 15 years of experience required, much of this preferably in a design firm setting
- PE registration required
- Commissioning and verification experience a plus
- LEED Accredited Professional preferred
- Understanding of or experience using AutoCAD and Revit
- Leadership qualities are a must
- Traveling as required to client sites
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for the planning and coordination of multi-discipline project teams. Candidate must be a quality oriented individual to perform electrical engineering investigations/assessments of facilities, design building electrical systems, specification preparation, project and construction cost estimates, project scheduling for engineering projects. Candidates must be able to maintain client relationships both in the Public and Private sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor (BS) or Master (MS) in Engineering
- P.E. license with 10 years experience in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of all applicable Codes
- Experience with power, lighting, security, telecom systems, emergency generator design
- Building Information Modeling using REVIT is a plus
- Experience with renewable energy projects
- Medium voltage experience is a plus

We are looking for a talented engineer with the ability to develop electrical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will work with a team of designers and engineers to develop electrical design concepts; review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards and ensure the highest level of quality to assure documents reflect design intent of project scope. Must have experience with solar energy, power distribution systems, electrical schematics and controls, lighting, grounding, communication, fire and security systems, NEC and building codes, cost estimating and construction administration tasks.

- PE license with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Facilities power system design experience
- Required knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably REVIT software

The successful candidate will work with a team of designers, engineers and architects to coordinate and develop designs of structural framing, foundation systems and details; perform structural analysis of new and existing building structures; support MEP departments and Architects on fit-out projects; review shop drawings and RFI’s; perform site inspections and condition assessments; and provide consultation to clients for structural work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (BS) in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years related experience, PE license is a plus but not required
- Required knowledge of current codes, standards and the practical application of structural steel and concrete building design engineering
- Ability to work on multiple active projects
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than a week)
- AutoCAD experience
- Required BIM/Revit experience
