We are looking for a Senior Structural engineer with the ability to design structural systems and components for a variety of building types. The engineer will be responsible for developing structural calculations, drawings and specifications from initial concept through bid documents and construction administration ensuring conformance to the required codes, standards and client requirements. The successful candidate will work with a team of designers, engineers and architects to coordinate and develop designs of structural framing, foundation systems and details; perform structural analysis of new and existing building structures; support MEP departments and Architects on fit-out projects; review shop drawings and RFI’s; perform site inspections and condition assessments; and provide consultation to clients for structural work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (BS) in Structural or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master’s degree is preferred).
• PE license with a minimum of 7 – 10 years related experience
• Required knowledge of current codes, standards and the practical application of structural steel and concrete building design engineering.
• Ability to work on multiple active projects
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than a week)
• AutoCAD and Revit experience.

We are looking for a talented engineer with the ability to develop electrical drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will work with a team of designers and engineers to develop electrical design concepts; review drawings and documents to assure compliance with company design and production standards and ensure the highest level of quality to assure documents reflect design intent of project scope. Must have experience with solar energy, power distribution systems, electrical schematics and controls, lighting, grounding, communication, fire and security systems, NEC and building codes, cost estimating and construction administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering
• PE license or EIT a plus
• Facilities power system design experience
• Required knowledge of AutoCAD and preferably REVIT software
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
• LEED Certification or Certified Energy Auditor/Manager a plus
• Commissioning and verification experience a plus
• Must be willing to travel from time-to-time (no longer than one week)

The successful candidate will work with a team of designers, engineers and architects to coordinate and develop designs of structural framing, foundation systems, and details; perform structural analysis of new and existing buildings; support MEP departments and Architects on fit-out projects; review shop drawings and RFI’s; and perform site inspections and condition assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis (Master’s degree is preferred but not required).
• 0-8 years related experience in related experience in new construction, renovations, and additions with structural building and process plant experience preferred.
• E.I.T. required. PE preferred or ability to obtain PE when eligible.
• AutoCAD and REVIT experience
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple active projects.
• Ability to travel from time-to-time (no longer than a week).

Responsible for managing the financial aspects of individual projects, including tracking project costs, budgeting, forecasting, and generating financial reports to ensure projects stay within budget and meet profitability goals, often collaborating closely with project managers to monitor financial performance and identify potential issues; key duties include setting up project accounts, recording transactions related to the project, analyzing financial data, and providing regular updates on project finances to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project budgeting: Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses against allocated funds
• Cost tracking: Monitor project costs, identifying variances between estimated and actual expenses
• Financial reporting: Prepare detailed project financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
• Contract management: Understand project contracts and ensure compliance with billing terms and revenue recognition guidelines
• Variance analysis: Analyze budget deviations, identifying areas of concern and proposing corrective actions
• Project forecasting: Estimate future project costs and profitability based on current performance
• Stakeholder communication: Regularly communicate project financial status to project managers, senior management, and clients
• Account reconciliation: Ensure accuracy of project accounts by reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
• Project closure: Close out completed projects, including final financial reporting and account reconciliation

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is a plus
