Miller-Remick provided professional design and fire protection engineering services for the renovation and HVAC replacement of the food court area at the Rowan University Student Center. M-R recommended that the three existing units be replaced with new modular HVAC systems and utilize VFD fan motors to gain energy savings during part load conditions. Services included mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, fire alarm, electrical and security system design.
Additionally M-R performed design renovations and ADA upgrades to Westby Hall. This included modification and expansion of toilet facilities within existing classroom building, and elevator upgrades. Services included mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering.
