Miller-Remick provided engineering and design services to develop electrical drawings and performance specifications for replacement of the existing 4160 volt main USCG electrical switchgear with new 15 KV rated gear. Services included modification of the switchgear concrete mounting pads, switchgear replacement design, short circuit analysis, coordination study and arc flash analysis. This also included a detailed study of the primary distribution system and documentation of existing utilities in the vicinity of the switchgear.
