NJDOT Headquarter Central Chiller Plant

Miller-Remick provided engineering and construction management services for upgrading the central chiller plant serving the New Jersey Department of Transportation Headquarters in Trenton. Design involved demolition of three existing chillers, three existing boilers, and two cooling towers, as well as installation of two new 700 ton centrifugal chillers, a cooling tower, a power house building expansion, primary/secondary chilled water pumping systems, and all controls.
