Miller-Remick provided engineering services to renovate the former BRAC property. Building 19 is a 3 high-bay, 3,733 GSF maintenance garage & Building 20 is a 15,183 GSF main building that has a gymnasium and two floors, mainly exposed concrete block partitions between offices. The project involves design to increase the square footage to 22,000 GSF for administrative offices by demolishing 865 SF lobby area and constructing new 4,000 GSF space, adding 3,778 GSF to second floor gymnasium area, provide new elevators and new break room facilities. This project is being design to achieve a Two Green Globes rating.
