New Jersey State Prison

Miller-Remick performed a comprehensive assessment and detailed energy audit of all eighteen (18) buildings which comprise the maximum security New Jersey State Prison located in Trenton, New Jersey. This included a full service energy audit inclusive of utility assessments, detailed site surveys, existing conditions reporting covering all facility components with an impact on energy consumption: envelope, electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing. Operations, maintenance and other performance elements were reviewed under the scope of this assignment. M-R also performed a complete retrofit of the existing central chiller plant.
