Federal Bureau of Prisons | M-R was one of 3 firms nationwide selected to provide professional A/E services for an array of facility programs including Historic Preservation Program, Life Safety Program, Energy Management Program, Environmental Management Program, Design Compliance Program, Accessibility Program, Site Activation Program, & Long Range Master Plan Program.
Our comprehensive services for these IDIQ projects include HVAC, energy studies, fire protection, boiler plants, chiller plants, computer room cooling systems, structural analysis, roofing systems evaluation, plumbing, power distribution, telecommunications systems, and biological research labs.
Federal Prisons (FBOP) UNICOR AE IDIQ – Miller-Remick was awarded a nationwide IDIQ for A/E Service. The contract calls for Miller-Remick to provide Professional Services for a full range of Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services related to: design, oversight, planning, and preparation of technical reports, plans and specifications, drawing review and technical analysis, engineering evaluations, studies, consultations and surveys associated with design of select physical plant and infrastructure repairs, renovation, modification, or upgrade of existing Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) UNICOR facilities located throughout the United States, with overseas locations possible. The Government’s Not-To-Exceed maximum contract award is $2,500,000 over a 5 year period.
