Miller-Remick performed a comprehensive energy demand and feasibility/cost study to size and configure an electric/steam cogeneration facility to supply all electric and steam needs for a precious metals and chemicals refining and pharmaceuticals plant. This new facility included a new boiler plant with all auxiliaries, 13.2 kV electric substations and distribution, sophisticated central control system and a new building.
