Miller-Remick is providing engineering services to renovate building 8 east at the Wilmington VAMC. Design includes a complete renovation of the 8th floor in the east wing and half of the central core area. For over twenty years, the east wing had been used as office space and will be occupied by the Department of Medicine Physicians following the renovation. This project is being designed with sustainability in mind to achieve LEED certified status from the U.S. Green Building Council.
